Sale and delivery terms
1) With the publication of this list all our previous prices and offers are invalid.
All prices are net.
2) Order acceptance and delivery: Of orders our terms are exclusively valid for the acceptance and execution, purchase conditions of the buyer particularly apply to the completion of a contract also without our special contradiction as said no.
All changes and supplementary agreements require to their effectiveness of our written confirmation. All deliveries are ex works carried out Schwabach. Postage, packing and insurance are calculated at cost. We are due to the high processing costs at removal of smaller quantities as well as at orders below EUR 50,00 justifiable, an inferior crowd surcharge of EUR 10,00 to calculate.
3) Terms of payment: Payment in advance or according to agreements.
4) Reservation of title: The products remains our property until the complete payment of the selling price or until the complete encashment of the changes given for it or checks.
